Colour & Application: Its rich dark brown colour is ideal for clear or shallow venues, where lighter groundbaits may not be as effective. The dark colour encourages fish to feed confidently over the bait.
Mixing Guidelines:
Empty the 2kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket. Fill a 2-pint bait tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait, and mix thoroughly. Allow the mix to rest for 30 minutes to ensure the water is absorbed. For best results, pass the groundbait through a riddle to remove any lumps and achieve an even consistency. It is then ready to use.
When fishing in the sun and wind, the groundbait may dry out. To prevent this, cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel, or if it does dry out, simply add a little more water and mix again.
