Mixing Guidelines:
Empty the 1kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket. Fill a 1-pint maggot tub with water, pour this onto the groundbait, and mix thoroughly. Allow the mix to rest for 30 minutes to let the water absorb. For best results, pass the groundbait through a riddle to remove any lumps and achieve an even consistency. It is then ready to use.
When fishing in sunny or windy conditions, the groundbait may dry out. To address this, cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel, or if it does dry out, add a little more water and mix again.
