Mixing Guidelines:
Empty the 1kg bag of groundbait into a round mixing bucket. Fill a 1-pint maggot tub with water and pour this onto the groundbait. Mix thoroughly, then allow it to rest for 30 minutes to let the water absorb. For the best results, pass the groundbait through a riddle to remove lumps and ensure an even consistency.
In sunny or windy conditions, the groundbait may dry out. To counter this, cover the mixed groundbait with a damp towel, or if it dries out, add a little more water and mix again.
